Qualification Required :         

ü  Office Minimum of  2+ years of experience in a similar profile is preferred

ü  automation industry experience will be an added advantage

ü  B.E. / B. Tech / I.T.I  / Diploma in Electronics & Communication  with 50 % or above marks

ü  Good Interpersonal skills

ü  Good Communication and presentation skills

ü  Ability to communicate technical issues / concerns

ü  Ability to sense the Industry practices

ü  Self motivated

ü  Fresher can be consider but only Diploma holders not B.E/B.TECH 

Experience Required        :        0-3 Yrs in Office Auotmation

Job Description :

v  Should have good analytical skills.

v  Should have experience in international voice process.

v  Should have good customer relationship skills.

v  Should be an active team player.

v  Handle service operations of multi-functional devices pertaining to copiers, currency machines, fitness sorters, laminators, shredders.

v  Demonstration, installation, maintenance, repairing and key operating training of MFD’s to customers.

v  Provide technical support to customers

v  Handle Customer Complaints

v  Identify and resolve client concerns

v  Generate service revenue through service contracts

v  Maintain and establish current  and potential client relationships

v  Should have interest to work in technical support,answering support queries via phone email,chat and web

v  Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
