ü  Should have knowledge on basic programming.

ü  Should have knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Java Script will be added advantages .

ü  Should have knowledge on Network Protocol.

ü  Must  be aware on Network Topology & ISO Model.

ü  Should be aware about the ITIL and Operation Process.
