Job Requirements:

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

ü  Should resolve the tickets raised as per the defined standards of time| cost and quality for increased customer satisfaction.

ü  Should interface with customers for ticket clarification/resolution

ü  Should document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket| troubleshooting| etc.

ü  Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by the clients.

ü  Should update self on latest technologies and related areas

ü  Should assist in Test Case creation from the Functional Specifications / Software Requirement Specification document.

ü  Should have knowledge on Information Security.

ü  Must have knowledge on Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) & Security-Perimeter security solutions.

ü  Should have good communication skills.

ü  Should have good analytical and reasoning skills.

ü  Should have good problem solving skills.

ü  Should have good inter personnel skills.
