v  Should have good analytical skills.

v  Should have experience in international voice process.

v   Test automation:Selenium, Selendroid, Webdriver, Appium

v  Developing test plans with manual/ automated testing

v  Strong in writing complex SQL queries

v  Should have good customer relationship skills.

v  Should be an active team player.

v  Should have interest to work in technical support,answering support queries via phone email,chat and web

v  Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
