Job Description    :

Ø  Should have good analytical skills.

Ø  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognized university.

Ø   Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

Ø   Graduates of 2016 & 2015 passed outs only can apply.

Ø   Must be able to provide Support/Services for International & Global Customers.

Ø   Should have ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers (Verbal/written).

Ø   Should have good comprehension skills.

Ø   Should have ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers are facing.

Ø   Should have ability to concentrate , follow customers issues without distraction to resolution.

Ø   Must not have more than 1 year of educational gap.

Ø   Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Ø   Should be good self starter & effective team player.

Ø   Must have the willingness to learn new things and be active team player

Ø   Must have good inter personnel skills.

Ø   Should not have any active backlogs.
