Job Requirements :      

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc/MBA from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

ü  Should handle Customer requests via Email and chat.

ü  Should be able to resolve customer queries.

ü  Must be willing to work in us shifts

ü  Should have idea on domestic voice process.

ü  Must have excellent communication in English and Hindi.

ü  Should have knowledge of any regional language will be additional.

ü  Must have excellent selling and negotiating skills.

ü  Should be ready to work under pressure.

ü  Should be ready to work on targets.

ü  Must have good negotiation skills and convincing skills.

ü  Must have basic knowledge of computer.
