Job Description :
§ Manning
the allotted area in Zingeria (Game Zone).
§ Proactively,
accurately and courteously attending all walk-in customers of Zingeria .
§ Maintaining
day to day footfall records.
§ Ensure
delightful customer interaction at all touch points.
§ Willing
to build a long-term relationship with the customer in pleasant, friendly style
§ Talks
in a way the customer can understand & try to solve the problems.
§ Coordinating
with House Keeping and MEP for Cleanness and support service.
§ Ensuring
safety security and crowd management in co ordination with Security staff in
Gaming Zone.
§ Maintaining
Stock records pertaining to front office and assisting management staff in the
admin work.
§ Analyzing
the data from all the depts. and preparing reports.
§ Reports
to work regularly and on time.
