Job Description    :

v  Should have good analytical skills.

v  Should have experience in international voice process.

v  Should have good customer relationship skills.

v  Should be an active team player.

v  Must be able to drive employees for creating IT  Asset Self Release/ Sanitization release tickets.

v  Should follow up with employees and asset team members for releasing the assets to stores.

v  Based on the nature and description of the ticket, take steps to do a OS level format or use a DOD certified tool for Wiping the data from the released assets HDD s.

v  Must have good inter personnel skills.

v  Should have good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

v  Should be having good experience in dealing with customer queries.

v  Must have experience in customer and/or technical support-IT or non-IT

v  Should have interest to work in technical support,answering support queries via phone email,chat and web

v  Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
