Job Requirements :    

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

ü  Should be responsible for providing assistance to customers calling redBus for various reasons like booking tickets, cancelling tickets or with any other service request.

ü  Should be promptly be able to book customer tickets and disseminate information on new offerings, availability of seats, promotional schemes etc.

ü  Should provide effective and timely resolution to a range of customer inquiries and follow them up to final resolution.

ü  Should be able to complete call logs and reports.

ü  Must strive to provide end to end one-call solution to every customer that he/she talks to.

ü  Should have excellent communication (oral ) and interpersonal skills.

ü  Must be self-motivated and flexible to work in shifts.

ü  Should have good negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers and different situations.

ü  Customer centric.

ü  Must be able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.

ü  Should be able to work as a effective team member.
