Job Requirements:

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

ü  Should have good knowledge of programming language(s), and associated tools.

ü  Should have knowledge of Core Java Java-J2EE, JDBC.

ü  Having grip on Java Database Connectivity, Java Servlets, XML, Struts, Core Java will be an added advantage.

ü  Should handle first-level incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24×7 basis Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.

ü  Must have timely escalation of incidents to higher levels when required. Log file monitoring for errors.

ü  Should perform daily, weekly and monthly proactive housekeeping and monitoring activities Vendor co-ordination,

ü  Should be able to perform basic Service requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.

ü  Should have willingness to work in windows applications (Winforms) is appreciable.

ü  Should have good communication skills.

ü  Should be good effective team player.

ü  Should have good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
