Job Requirements:

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

ü  Must be able to install, upgrade, support and troubleshootXP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 and any other authorised desktop applications

ü  Should also perform Installations, upgrade, support and troubleshooting for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment.

ü  Must perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

ü  Should perform remedial repairs on computers,laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment

ü  Should be able to customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards

ü  Must perform work in compliance within specified warranty requirements

ü  Should returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, documents customer repairs, maintains and restocks

ü  Must work on assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts levels and safely package equipment for branches and arrange for the transport of the equipment

ü  Must have willing to work in 24×7 shifts including night shifts.

ü  Must have basic business process knowledge.

ü  Should have excellent communication skills ( written+ spoken)
