Job Requirements:

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate 65% through out academics.

ü  Graduates of 2015 & 2016 passed outs can apply.

ü  Should be able to provide remote Level 1 help desk support to customers, first point of contact.

ü  Should solve problems by utilizing training, knowledge, tools and analytical skills while on call or processing an Incident.

ü  Should Create, record, and resolve incoming requests for service (Service Requests).

ü  Must document and maintain detail history of Incidents from start to finish.

ü  Should have knowledge of basic Networking concepts such as OSI Layers/ TCP/IP protocol Suite, & understanding of IP addressing and sub netting.

ü  Must also have understanding of DNS, DHCP.

ü  Must have basic knowledge of computers with knowledge in MS Office.

ü  Must have knowledge of fundamentals of networking.

ü  Should be handling US customers and troubleshooting their technical queries.

ü  Must be completely involved in troubleshooting technical problems.

ü  Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

ü  Should have timely escalation and hand off of Critical/Irate customer to L2

ü  Must have excellent written & verbal English communication Skills.

ü  Should have good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

ü  Should have good inter personnel skills
