Job Requirements:

ü  Candidate Should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

ü  Must be responsible for providing telephone support for customers on operation or maintenance of Dell products.

ü  Should assist customers in phones by diagnosing problems, and providing resolutions for technical and service issues.

ü  Must be able to perform work in accordance to standardized policies and procedures.

ü  Should apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.

ü  Must ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.

ü  Should be responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.

ü  Should require strong analytical ability to resolve complex technical issues in addition to effective phone communication skills.

ü  Must be willing to work in rotation shifts.

ü  Should posses excellent telephone soft skills & thorough telephone functional skills.

ü  Must have ability to handle stressful situations.

ü  Should also have ability to deal professionally with irate customers.

ü  Must have good Knowledge of PC Hardware/Software for desktop & portable systems.

ü  Must be able to provide B2B phone calls, analyze and process accounts, document the outcome and analysis as per the requirements, Taking action based on the outcome/analysis as per instructions provided
