Job Requirements:
ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc  from a recognised university.
ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
ü  Graduates of 2015 & 2016 passed outs only can apply.
ü  Should have good communication skills.
ü  Should have good analytical skills.
ü  Should have experience in international voice process.
ü  Should have good customer relationship skills.
ü  Should be an active team player.
ü  Must be able to drive employees for creating IT  Asset Self Release/ Sanitization release tickets.
ü  Should follow up with employees and asset team members for releasing the assets to stores.
ü  Based on the nature and description of the ticket, take steps to do a OS level format or use a DOD certified tool for Wiping the data from the released assets HDD s.
ü  Must have good inter personnel skills.
ü  Should have good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
ü  Should be having good experience in dealing with customer queries.
ü  Must have experience in customer and/or technical support-IT or non-IT
ü  Should have interest to work in technical support,answering support queries via phone email,chat and web
ü  Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
