Job Description:

v Candidate should be BE/B Tech/M Sc/MCA from a recognized university.

v Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% throughout academics.

v Graduates of 2015 & 2016 passed outs only can apply

v Must be able to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.

v Must have proficient knowledge in Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.

v Should also have proficient knowledge in Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options.

v Should have good troubleshooting and problem skills.

v Should be able to work in rotational shifts.

v Should be involved in Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to IBM Internal End

v Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP.

v Must require to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.

v Should be flexible to work in any of the office location.

v Should have good communication skills.
