Job Description  :

ü  Minimum 2-4 years of experience in both Manual testing and Automation testing using Selenium

ü  Automation testing experience mandatory

ü  Candidates with functional testing knowledge are also preferable

ü  Candidates with Retail background is an added advantage

ü  Immediate joiners are preferred

ü  Should have experience in international voice process.

ü  Should have good customer relationship skills.

ü  Should be an active team player.

ü  Must be able to drive employees for creating IT  Asset Self Release/ Sanitization release tickets.

ü  Should follow up with employees and asset team members for releasing the assets to stores.

ü  Must have good inter personnel skills.

ü  Should have good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

ü  Should be having good experience in dealing with customer queries.

ü  Should have interest to work in technical support,answering support queries via phone email,chat and web

ü  Should be able to work in rotational shifts.
