Job Description :

·         Manage work source which are Mailbox, Portals and SharePoint.

·      Maintains accurate and organized order files, order acknowledgements and customer contact Information.

·     Proactively communicates in a timely manner with internal and external customers (optional) about order verification, order status, pricing and shipment status.

·   Promotes customer satisfaction and achieves cycle time reduction   through team-based problem solving.

·  Competency: High learning agility and able to analyze, adapt,       understand complex requirements of Order management.
