Job Requirements :      

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

ü  Should have customer Relationship Management skills.

ü  Must have Query resolution/ troubleshooting and resolution skills within a short time.

ü  Should be responsible for customer satisfaction.

ü  Must have excellent (oral and written) communication skills.

ü  Must be a quick learner.

ü  Should develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.

ü  Must be able for providing real-time customer experience by working in 24*7 operating environment.

ü  Should have good knowledge of working over internet and an ability to successfully navigate websites.

ü  Must be comfortable with a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.

ü  Must be willing to work in night shifts.
