Job Requirements :      

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/ME/M Sc from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 65% through out academics.

ü  Must set competency guidelines which help find individuals who have essential communication skills.

ü  Must have the ability to understand and perform complex processes to enhance customer experience.

ü  Having minimum six months of work experience in a Non-telecom industry (strict adherence), preferably with International experience in an International Voice Program will be an added advantage.

ü  Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi.

ü  Must have preference of any other additional language (esp. any one of the south Indian language, Bengali etc.).

ü  Should have strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.

ü  Must be customer-service oriented.

ü  Must have neutral accent in communication.

ü  Must have a pleasant voice.

ü  Should be proficient in typing (speed and accuracy).

ü  Must have good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

ü  Must be open for flexibility of working in shift timings, 6 day working etc.

ü  Must be versant certified with a minimum score of 50-60.

ü  Should have typing speed and Accuracy of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
