Job Requirements:

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/B Sc/MCA from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 65% and above through out academics.

ü  Must be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.

ü  Must be assigning tickets to next level of engineers as per the category of tickets

ü  Should have knowledge on Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.

ü  Must be having prior experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.

ü  Should support on call, ready to work in any shift as per the project need from any Mindtree location.

ü  Should have excellent communication skills.

ü  Should have basic support knowledge.

ü  Must have ability to take quick decisions, like when to escalate a ticket to next level.

ü  Must have ability to comprehend the issue and act with swiftness.

ü  Should have good problem solving skills and learning attitude.

ü  Should be a effective team player.
