Job Requirements :    

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 65% through out academics.

ü  Should have good communication skills in English.

ü  Should be well-informed about Computer and its Hardware.

ü  Should provide customer-service oriented.

ü  Must have neutral accent in communication.

ü  Should have proficiency in typing (speed and accuracy).

ü  Must have good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Should have good sales skills.

ü  Should have previous work experience with a Technical Support company would be desirable but is not mandatory.

ü  Should be flexible to work in 24/7 Shifts.

ü  Should be willing to work in Voice Based process.
