Job Requirements:

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/M Sc/MCA from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

ü  Graduates of 2015 & 2016 passed outs only can apply

ü  Must be able to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.

ü  Must have proficient knowledge in Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.

ü  Should also have proficient knowledge in Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options.

ü  Should have good troubleshooting and problem skills.

ü  Should be able to work in rotational shifts.

ü  Should be involved in Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to IBM Internal End

ü  Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP.

ü  Must require to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.

ü  Should be flexible to work in any of the office location.

ü  Should have good communication skills.
