Job Requirements:

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

ü  Must be providing Desktop & Laptop support to end users

ü  Should be providing Level 1 Support for Printer & Email Problems

ü  Must be configuring & trouble shooting problem w.r.t Operating System

ü  Should be configuring and Trouble Shooting Handheld devices like Mobile Phones and Tablets

ü  Should be ensured that all PCs have required patches updated,

ü  Must diagnose and resolve technical issues

ü  Must be able to provide desktop and Laptop support

ü  Should be setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops

ü  Should Install authorised software to laptops and desktops

ü  Must be fault-finding to laptops and desktops

ü  Must be completing internal user moves

ü  Must be providing support for MAC and PC

ü  Should be installing specific softwares, authorized by the company

ü  Must be providing Assistance to users during VC & Presentations

ü  Should undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager (Ex: PC refreshment, OS Upgradation, Software Upgradation, etc..)

ü  Additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Manager
