Job Requirements:

ü  Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.

ü  Candidate should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.

ü  Should not have any backlogs and should have good academics profile.

ü  Must performing actions like posting and sourcing candidates through various – Job sites, social networking sites etc.

ü  Should perform preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.

ü  Must be coordinating with the SPOC to know the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions.

ü  Should conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.

ü  Must follow up on the feedbacks.

ü  Should be closing the positions within the stipulated time.

ü  Must be following up with the candidate after the offer is made.

ü  Should have excellent communication skills, with neutral accent. (Voice based Support)

ü  Must have excellent written communication skills with email etiquette.
