Qualification:

Assistant Manager (Company Secretary) :

·         Qualified Company Secretary (Associate Company Secretary)

Assistant Manager (Finance) :

·    ICAI/ICWAI or Full Time MBA (Finance) or equivalent with aggregate 60% marks from Government recognized Institute/University

Assistant Manager (HRM) :

·  Full Time MBA/MSW/ two years Postgraduate Diploma in Management Postgraduate Degree from Govt  recognized University / Institute with Specialization in HRM/PM/IR as major subject with 60 % aggregate marks

Assistant Manager (Investor Relations) :

·    ICAI/ICWAI or Full Time MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance) with aggregate 60% marks from Government recognized Institute/University.

 Sr Stenography :

·       Graduate in any stream

·      Stenography /typing speed in English 110/50 wpm      

 Junior Engineer :

·      Three years full time Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering /Information Technology/Computer Science from Govt. recognized Institute/University with 60% aggregate marks.

Office Assistant :

·         Graduate in any stream

·      Speed in English and Hindi Shorthand 70/70 wpm and typing speed on Computer 35/50 wpm respectively.

Age limit (As on 25.03.2018) :

·         Assistant Manager: Below 30 years

·         Management Trainee: Below 29 years

·         Junior Engineer: Below 28 years

·         Sr Stenographer: Below 25 years

·         Office Assistant: Below 22 years

·         Age relaxable as per government policy.
